+02The challenge

Palsir sells things most agencies won't touch: reclaiming a taken username, getting a banned account back, verification, real growth. The buyers are cautious and the category is grey, so the site has to make a sensitive, high-ticket service feel legitimate and safe, and give a private clientele a way to start a conversation that doesn't feel like a public enquiry.

03What we did

Palsir sells high-value, sensitive services, so the whole site converts on trust and routes to one quiet action. A wall of real press placements sits under the hero as instant authority, before-and-after recovery screenshots turn 'banned one day, back the next' into proof, and published claim rates pre-qualify serious buyers instead of hiding the price. Each of the seven services gets its own page to answer objections in depth, then every call to action funnels to a single discreet Telegram message, no forms, no checkout, exactly how this clientele buys. It makes a grey-area service read as credible and insured, and filters out the tyre-kickers before the conversation starts.

Why it looks the way it does

The thinking behind the design: what we chose, what we changed, and why.

01

A press wall for instant authority

Real placements sit directly under the hero, because for a grey-area service the first job is proving you are real. Borrowed credibility does in one glance what paragraphs of copy cannot.

02

Proof you can see

Before-and-after recovery screenshots and a live phone reel turn 'banned one day, back the next' from a claim into something visible. The abstract offer becomes tangible, which is what makes a cautious buyer act.

03

Prices in the open

The claim rates are published up front, not hidden behind a form. It signals confidence, and it pre-qualifies, so the people who reach out are serious and the conversations are shorter.

04

One quiet door

Every call to action funnels to a single discreet Telegram message, no forms, no checkout. It matches how this clientele actually buys, and keeps the whole thing private, which is the point.
